Learn how to make your own peanut butter with a coconutty spin to it!
Coconut Peanut Butter
Gluten-free, refined sugar-free, oil-free
Yield: approx. 1 cup peanut butter
Prep Time: 5 min
Ingredients:
2 cups roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped*
2-3 tablespoons shredded coconut
A pinch of sea salt, to taste (optional)
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until the texture is smooth and creamy.
Spoon into an air-tight container and store in the fridge for up to one month.
Notes:
*If you have raw peanuts, bake them in a baking tray lined with parchment paper for 7-10 minutes at 350 F.
